With DUCHEMIN, a new voice emerges on the Spanish world music scene. Based in Madrid and led by multi-instrumentalist and singer Victor Duchemin, the group blends Brazilian harmonies, jazz, African rhythms, and many further influences in a format of original songs based on the group members’ own texts and on well-known authors of Spanish literature, such as Lorca, Aleixandre, and Salinas.

Although the group was only recently created, it has already started to thrill and win the hearts of Madrid music club audiences. Their first album is scheduled for release in the fall of 2020. DUCHEMIN is definitely a group worth following in the future!
